The Cottages:

1 bedroom cottage with living room, full kitchen.  Totally furnished.  Sun porch.  Sleeps 4.  Cable TV, picnic table, and fire pit.

The Chalet:
This lodge sleeps 2 - 12 comfortably.  It is ideal for families large or small.  With a huge and fabulous great room with a fireplace.  It also has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a sun porch and a country kitchen.  2 decks and a fire pit all facing our 250 ft. of waterfront on Croton Pond.  We have docks coming off our seawall for your use.  This lodge is fully equipped with every amenity of home!
 

Summer rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. 

Weekly and Nightly rentals available.

All facilities fully equipped --all linens, cable TV, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cookware, Gas Grills, Row boats, Boat motors available for rent, Paddleboat, and Fire-pits.

250' of private waterfront.  Beautiful view, sandy bottom.  2 docks, sandy beach & playgrounds 50' from your door.  Excellent fishing & water skiing!

West on m-82 6.2 miles to Elm Drive.

North on Elm 3.4 miles to "T" at Croton Hardy Drive

The Resort is immediately beyond the causeway on the

right-hand side facing the water.
